Vehicle Recovery Policy & Hours
Our policies are designed to keep every Joplin roadside call, from vehicle winch-outs to motorcycle towing, clear and fair for everyone involved. Regular Operation Hours
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Closed on Sunday
Impound Pick-up Policy
Law Enforcement Custody Impounds can be retrieved during regular operation hours and by appointment only during the following hours:
- Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Sunday: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
We will arrange your pick-up time within one hour of your contacting our office.
Holiday Hours
All-American Towing & Recovery's storage lot will be closed, and vehicle pick-up will not be available on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
